Parking vehicles with significant damage, exposed wiring, and sharp edges in a public car park near a children’s play area is understandably a concern. This kind of situation can also give the impression of anti-social behaviour or misuse of public spaces. 

This situation has resulted in the vehicle owners being required to attend the police compound to retrieve their vehicles after they were recovered by local neighbourhood officers.
